We collect only what you type in the contact form: name, company, email, phone, type of request, and the description of the operation. We do not use tracking cookies, we do not build browsing profiles, and we do not collect sensitive data.

Exclusively to reply to your message and to carry out the commercial or technical discussions that follow from it. We do not use your data to send marketing communications, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to the contact you initiated.

Processing is based on your consent, given when you tick the box in the form (Article 7, item I, of the LGPD, the Brazilian General Data Protection Law), and on preliminary procedures related to a contract, at your request (Article 7, item V, of the LGPD).

No one, for commercial purposes. The data passes through our infrastructure providers — website hosting and the email delivery service — which act as processors and may not use the information for their own purposes.

We keep the message for as long as the discussions last and, once they end, for the period needed to comply with applicable legal obligations. After that, the data is deleted. You can request deletion earlier, at any time.

Under the LGPD, you are entitled to confirmation that processing takes place, access, correction of incomplete or outdated data, anonymization, portability, deletion, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent. The site runs exclusively over HTTPS and applies security headers that restrict where loaded content may come from. Access to the messages received is limited to the two partners.
