What we deliver

Six services, from engineering to execution

Structural design and calculations, lift plans, planning, constructability studies, execution, and training.

  • Design and verification of structures, lifting devices, and more.

How we work

Four stages, in this order

Following this sequence makes planning efficient and ensures the work is carried out safely, precisely, and to the highest standard.

  1. 01

    Site survey

Assessment of routes and access, interference analysis, and shutdown window. This is where we find out whether the intended method fits the site.

  2. 02

    Constructability, planning, and calculations

Method definition, preparation of lift plans and schedules, structural checks, and design of lifting devices.

  3. 03

    3D animation

3D animations of every stage planned in the previous steps.

  4. 04

    On-site supervision

Joventino Engenharia’s technical lead is present throughout the execution, supervising the operation and stepping in when necessary. The same engineers who calculated and planned the work are in the field during the operation.

Projects

Track record

A selection of completed projects, each with a brief description of the operation, location, and scope. All projects shown were carried out in Brazil.

Technical capabilities

What underpins the method

The engineering behind project execution

Finite element analysis and structural calculation

Numerical simulations and application of design codes to structural design

Load cell rental

Load cells supplied for weighing up to 800 metric tons.

Lift plans

Plans for standard and critical lifts, from crane selection to rigging arrangement.

3D animation of operations

Visual representation of each operation, making the plan easier to understand and communicate.

Planning

Preparation of schedules and planning of operations together with the production team.

Constructability

Planning and 3D simulation

Erection simulation — belt conveyor gallery

Photorealistic 3D animation: a crawler crane positions a pre-assembled belt conveyor gallery module onto its already-installed base, on arid terrain.

Equipment transfer simulation — hydraulic gantry

3D animation: transfer of equipment using overhead crane 46PR02 and positioning of a hydraulic gantry inside the industrial building.
